Topic: a short description that briefly explains the glitch.

Problem: A general description of the glitch. If your having trouble describing it, try taking a screenshot (see "How to take a screenshot")

My Browser: (ie Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)

Degree of Severity: On a scale of one to five, how bad is it? (One bad, five horrible)

Ask around: Has this happened to anyone else? Can you recreate it? Who does this glitch affect?

Did you try fixing it yourself?: Most of the time a glitch can be fixed by clearing your cache or changing web browsers.
